What is Trezor® Suite?
Trezor® Suite is the official desktop/web app that connects to your Trezor® hardware wallet to manage keys, send & receive cryptocurrencies, and access advanced features. Designed to work with Trezor® Model T and Trezor® One, the Suite provides a secure interface for signing transactions while your private keys stay on the hardware device.
Getting started — downloads & setup
Visit trezor.io/start to begin. Download the Trezor® Suite App for your operating system and install Trezor® Bridge (if prompted) — Bridge is the small utility that lets your browser or desktop app communicate with the hardware wallet. Official download links always appear on trezor.io/start.
Login & common connection issues
Trezor® Wallet Login requires connecting your Trezor® device and entering your PIN on the device (not in the app). If you see "Unable to login Trezor", check that:
- USB cable is data-capable (not charge-only).
- Trezor® Bridge is installed and up to date — if Bridge download failed, reinstall from trezor.io/start.
- Your browser allows the Suite to access USB devices (for web version).
- Your antivirus or OS isn't blocking the Bridge or Suite app.
Troubleshooting tips
Common error messages like "Error Connecting Trezor Account" or "Trezor® Suite App not Working" often resolve by:
- Restarting the Suite and reconnecting the device.
- Trying a different USB port and cable.
- Reinstalling Trezor® Bridge and the Suite.
- Checking firmware updates on the device (via Suite).
Account recovery & 2FA
If you lose access to your Trezor® device, use your recovery seed (24 words) to restore your wallet on a new hardware device or compatible software. There is no centralized "Trezor® account" password to reset; beware of scams claiming to reset 2FA. If you believe 2FA or passphrase settings are corrupted, consult the Trezor® Help Center and follow official recovery procedures carefully.
